Using 90
lb watercolour paper apply a thin layer of gesso using a credit card. Dry,
spray paper with water and apply spray colors of your choice I used Dylusions.
Tip paper to get the colors to run and then blot and dry. Stamp your image on
your surface and on a piece of white card stock. Stamp your rain with black ink
as well stamp with very little ink to create the ghost images. Color your
girl.....I used Copic for the skin and pencil crayons for the cloths. Cut out
the face, body and the umbrella and glue on to the stamped image on your card.
Shade the bottom of the boots and add shade under the chair feet. Cut and add
your sentiment.

Gorgeous Debi! Love the colors, they are so much softer because of the gesso. XOXO

DeletePlaying with gesso is lots of fun.
You have used one of my favorite "girl" stamps here, Debi, and she looks great in purple and green! Love how you created your "grounding" for her!
ReplyDeleteThis was the first stamp I bought and is still my favorite.
